Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis of product performance, user interaction data, and market trends to guide strategic improvements, inform feature development, and drive prioritization of complex engineering initiatives.
  • Define and oversee implementation of system architecture and security protocols to ensure scalable, resilient product features that handle sensitive data responsibly and align with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to design and integrate secure, high-performance infrastructure for product development, testing, deployment, and monitoring across production and third-party environments.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish and enforce access controls, data governance policies, and robust authentication mechanisms that protect users and support compliance.
  • Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities in testing, CI/CD pipelines, and feature deployment processes to enhance engineering velocity and reliability.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of product architectures, technical specifications, deployment frameworks, and engineering decisions to support knowledge sharing and long-term alignment.
  • Lead technical discussions and stakeholder meetings to align product strategies, gather critical feedback, and communicate progress on key metrics, features, and delivery milestones.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and optimize complex systems, define performance metrics, and drive engineering improvements at scale.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy product features, with deep understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with development and monitoring tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or comparable technologies in modern engineering environments.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms and tools for scalable product development and deployment, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience implementing security, privacy, and compliance standards within product development workflows, particularly in regulated or sensitive-data environments.
  • Skilled in conducting system evaluations, synthesizing user feedback, and recommending technical enhancements to improve performance, scalability, and overall user experience.
