Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement automation protocols that ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and industry regulations across all automated systems.
  • Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and engineering teams to build and maintain secure, scalable automation infrastructure that integrates with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define access controls, permissions, and authentication mechanisms for automation scripts, tools, and environments.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automating manual tasks across testing, deployment, data handling, and reporting processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation workflows, system configurations, deployment pipelines, and decision-making rationale to support operational transparency and team collaboration.
  • Lead and participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to assess automation goals, gather feedback, and report on system performance, reliability improvements, and future enhancements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design, test, and optimize automation frameworks and workflows.
  • Proven experience developing and deploying automation solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, DevOps, QA, and software engineering.
  • Familiarity with automation and monitoring tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or PowerShell.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Bash, or Java, and experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
  • Experience applying data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance best practices to automation systems, particularly in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Skilled in documenting automation procedures, tracking performance metrics, incorporating user feedback, and continuously improving system scalability, stability, and maintainability.
