Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis, configuration, and security monitoring for IT support systems and infrastructures.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with IT support infrastructure and security performance, including endpoint security and remote troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in IT support, monitoring, and optimization using tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, or Datadog.
  • Proficiency in managing and securing cloud-based IT environments, such as Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with setting up IT security protocols, monitoring tools, and system assessments for IT services.
  • Proficient in conducting system security audits, monitoring performance, and providing recommendations to enhance security and reliability.
