Responsibilities:

  • Analyze system performance, user interaction data, and operational metrics to inform infrastructure improvements, system optimizations, and prioritization of IT projects.
  • Define and implement data privacy and security protocols to ensure all systems handle sensitive information responsibly and comply with relevant industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to integrate secure, scalable infrastructure for system deployment, monitoring, and continuous performance improvements across production environments and third-party systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and enforce access controls, data permissions, and authentication mechanisms for IT systems and applications.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation in system monitoring, data processing, and deployment workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of system architectures, configurations, security protocols, and troubleshooting processes to ensure team alignment and system transparency.
  • Lead and participate in meetings with stakeholders to review IT strategies, gather feedback, and report progress on system upgrades, performance metrics, and deployment milestones.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, network administration, or a related technical field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret system performance metrics, identify infrastructure bottlenecks, and guide IT system improvements.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy IT solutions, with a solid understanding of software development workflows, system administration, and network operations.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and platforms such as Nagios, Splunk, or Prometheus for system performance and network health tracking.
  • Proficiency in working with cloud platforms and tools for infrastructure management and deployment, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience implementing security, privacy, and compliance standards in IT systems, especially in regulated or sensitive data environments.
  • Skilled in evaluating IT infrastructure performance, incorporating user feedback, and recommending improvements to enhance system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
