Responsibilities:

Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing technical support.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, operating systems, and network configurations.
- Expertise in system monitoring and performance optimization using tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, or built-in system management utilities.
- Proficiency in managing and securing IT systems, including desktop and server environments, and cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in setting up and configuring security protocols, managing access controls, and conducting system backups to ensure data protection and system reliability.
- Skilled in performing IT audits, monitoring system performance, and recommending solutions to enhance system stability, security, and scalability.
