Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance, user interaction data, and market trends to inform product improvements, feature development, and prioritization of engineering projects.
- Define and implement system architecture and security protocols to ensure that product features handle sensitive data responsibly and comply with relevant industry regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to integrate secure, scalable infrastructure for product development, testing, deployment, and monitoring within production environments and third-party systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and enforce access controls, data permissions, and authentication mechanisms for product features and tools.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation in product testing, code deployment, and feature rollouts.
- Maintain thorough documentation of product architectures, technical specifications, deployment strategies, and decision-making rationales to support transparency and team alignment.
- Lead and participate in meetings with stakeholders to review product strategies, gather feedback, and report progress on features, performance metrics, and deployment milestones.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and optimize systems, define performance metrics, and guide engineering improvements.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy product features, with a solid understanding of software development workflows and Agile practices.
- Familiarity with development and monitoring tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in working with cloud platforms and tools for product development and deployment, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience implementing security, privacy, and compliance standards in product development, especially in regulated or sensitive data environments.
- Skilled in conducting system evaluations, incorporating user feedback, and recommending improvements to boost product performance, scalability, and user impact.
