Location: Wenatchee, WA
Pay: $25–$32/hour

TemPositions is excited to partner with a client-focused managed IT services provider supporting small and mid-sized businesses with IT and cybersecurity solutions across the Wenatchee region. This organization is known for delivering reliable, high-touch IT support with a strong emphasis on professionalism, responsiveness, and customer care.

We are seeking a Senior IT Field Technician to provide hands-on technical support both in the office and at client locations. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for an experienced IT technician who enjoys working directly with clients and solving a wide range of technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and install workstations, including hardware, software, and user data migration

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues with minimal client downtime

- Install, configure, and support network equipment such as firewalls, switches, and access points

- Provide onsite and remote technical support to multiple client environments

- Maintain strong security practices to protect systems and networks

- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience as an IT Technician; MSP experience strongly preferred

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11, and Windows Server 2012–2022)

- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including firewalls, switches, and access points

- Experience with SonicWall and Ubiquiti is a strong plus

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred but not required

- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus

Compensation & Benefits

- Hourly pay range: $25–$32, based on experience
