Responsibilities:
- Analyze system performance, user interaction data, and business requirements to inform architectural improvements, feature engineering, and the prioritization of technology projects.
- Define and implement security protocols and data protection strategies to ensure systems handle sensitive data responsibly and comply with relevant industry regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to integrate secure, scalable infrastructure for solution deployment, monitoring, and maintenance across production environments and third-party systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and enforce access controls, data permissions, and authentication mechanisms for solutions and integrated tools.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation in system provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
- Maintain thorough documentation of solution architectures, integration strategies, system configurations, and decision-making rationales to support transparency and team alignment.
- Lead and participate in meetings with stakeholders to review solution strategies, gather feedback, and report progress on design, implementation, and performance metrics.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design robust system architectures, define performance metrics, and guide system improvements.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions, with a solid understanding of software development workflows and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and analytics tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or CloudWatch.
- Proficiency in working with cloud platforms and tools for solution deployment and management, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience implementing security, privacy, and compliance standards in system architectures, especially in regulated or sensitive data environments.
- Skilled in evaluating system performance, gathering user feedback, and recommending improvements to boost solution scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
